We take great care in designing each arrangement as closely as possible to the design you selected. We ask that you understand that some flowers and containers may vary due to availability, season and demand, especially during holiday seasons. Flowers: In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting with flowers of equal or greater value. For arrangements such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift or equal or greater value and of similar theme and category. If the container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. If you do not wish us to substitute, please call for availability. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please call us immediately. Delivery Policy Orders must be received by 12 Noon for same day delivery. ALL deliveries outside of Raleigh city limits are made in the afternoon, Monday thru Saturday. Closed Sundays. 6.75% NC State Sales Tax applies.
